- •Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize projects that make our payroll infrastructure more powerful and more resilient as we scale Lead product execution with a bold, opinionated approach, pushing the boundaries of payroll solutions while addressing customer challenges with urgency Engage with cross-functional experts from our business, engineering, and payroll operations teams to align on strategic goals Connect directly with Check’s partners—software companies across diverse verticals—to understand their daily challenges and identify opportunities for scaling their payroll businesses Develop a comprehensive roadmap in partnership with engineering and operations, outlining actionable strategies to build the infrastructure our partners need to scale Requirements 6+ years of product management experience in technology companies serving enterprise businesses Experience in complex domains with intricate regulatory and operational requirements; payroll and tax knowledge is a plus Proven track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives that deliver significant business impact Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills Dedication to customer needs with a commitment to high-quality execution Skills in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and positive outcomes Willingness to attend our annual 3-day company offsite in the fall
