TL;DR

Owns creative strategy and performance for client accounts, translating data into strategic creative direction.

•The Senior Creative Strategist will own creative strategy and performance for high-priority client accounts, bridging media and creative by translating data and insights into strategic creative direction.
•Key Responsibilities Own omnichannel creative strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
•Translate performance data and consumer insights into differentiated creative concepts and messaging.
•Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps and analyze performance to identify winning themes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing creative strategies and best practices.
•Requirements 3-5 years of experience in performance creative strategy or digital marketing, with deep paid social experience.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative strategy across CPG, DTC, and/or eCommerce brands.
•Advanced analytical skills and hands-on experience with creative analytics tools (Motion preferred).
•Strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok advertising ecosystems.
