About the role
Responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- •Sales Development Representative responsible for building top-of-funnel outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for the sales team while developing technical fluency in CockroachDB.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel outbound strategies and prospect at scale using AI-assisted workflows Research and prioritize target accounts using intent and engagement data Conduct early-stage discovery and lead qualification calls Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs Hit quarterly qualified opportunity targets Requirements 6 months to 1 year of lead generation or sales development experience Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and lead qualification applications Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills BA/BS degree or equivalent Based in Austin, TX and able to work in-office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
