- •General Matter is seeking an Operations Manager to join their Paducah Operations team.
- •This role supports the Paducah Project Manager in developing and implementing operational programs, plans, procedures, training, and processes from pre-construction through project completion.
- •Key Responsibilities Meet daily with crews to review production schedules and ensure resources are available.
- •Provide technical input for project work plans and schedules, identifying risks.
- •Evaluate daily production, schedule status, and budget projections, documenting performance.
- •Notify team members and management of significant schedule changes and recommend corrective actions.
- •Conduct required Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in nuclear operations, engineering, project management, or design.
- •Strong knowledge of project planning, cost management, budgets, and financial implications.
- •Experience developing program descriptions, SOPs, and training materials.
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
