- •CoreWeave is seeking a Counsel, Global Supply Chain to provide strategic legal support for sourcing, procurement, and deployment of critical infrastructure.
- •This role partners closely with Supply Chain and Capacity Operations teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements for GPU, compute hardware, network equipment, and datacenter infrastructure.
- •Provide day-to-day, business-focused counseling on supply chain continuity, risk, and performance.
- •Partner on responsible sourcing and compliance topics, adapting documentation for international expansion.
- •Develop and scale contracting templates, playbooks, and fallbacks for efficient negotiations.
- •Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership. 5+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions.
- •Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.
- •Proven record of pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling in a fast-paced environment.
