About the role
TL;DR
Drive sustainable growth and deliver the country plan for Iberia.
- •As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the country plan for Iberia and help drive the market to sustainable growth.
- •You will report directly to the GM, Europe based in London where our European strategy is developed, and lead a small but mighty local team.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver the country plan for Spain and Portugal, focusing on demand generation and supply balance.
- •Localize market strategy to achieve core commercial goals including revenue and contribution margin.
- •Champion Iberia internally and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive market growth.
- •Manage on-the-ground initiatives to optimize local fulfillment, supply activation, and client retention.
- •Lead a small team comprised of Tasker Operations and Partner Management.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience driving commercial growth of a business.
- •Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
- •Comfortable working heavily with data in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- •Fluent in Spanish and English.
