- •We are seeking a General Manager to own the product portfolio and drive profitability through optimization and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee P&L for product groups, ensuring net profit is at least 95% of the plan.
- •Implement a health-metric system for profit control.
- •Optimize costs through automation and reducing specialist involvement.
- •Manage the product portfolio team, including processes, reporting, and hiring.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in managing B2C subscription products (mobile/web) or similar industries.
- •Full understanding of the product lifecycle, from launch to monetization.
- •Proven experience managing P&L for a product or portfolio.
- •Analytical mindset and experience with dashboards and reporting.
