About the role
TL;DR
Design and produce direct-response paid social creative for Monarch's growth engine.
- •Monarch is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team during a period of rapid growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and produce direct-response paid social static creative against briefs for active Meta testing sprints Turn winning concepts into fresh variations and format extensions for continued testing Apply and maintain Monarch's brand and design system across every asset Translate briefs, rough direction, and performance signals into strong, on-brand first drafts that need minimal redirection Keep design files, templates, and asset libraries clean, organized, and reusable Requirements 3+ years of graphic/visual design experience, ideally in paid social or direct-response / performance creative A strong portfolio of static ad/social creative demonstrating craft, range, and typography/layout fundamentals Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) The ability to work fast and iterate at testing volume without dropping quality Capable AI fluency
