About the role
TL;DR
Design AI-augmented growth assets and experiences for Clara's acquisition engine.
- •This is a highly hands-on design role at the intersection of growth, performance marketing, and AI.
- •You will design the assets and experiences that drive Clara's acquisition engine across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and produce performance creative at scale using AI tools.
- •Design and optimize landing pages and conversion flows, applying CRO best practices.
- •Use AI daily to accelerate creative production.
- •Build and maintain a scalable creative system.
- •Partner with Growth
- •Paid Media to interpret creative performance data.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in growth design, performance/marketing design.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, landing pages, or conversion-focused work.
- •Active, daily user of AI tools.
- •Expert in Figma.
- •Conversion mindset.
