Lead Client Engineering, owning frontend architecture, standards, and delivery for Tide's mobile and web applications.
- •Lead the Client Engineering organization, responsible for the core health and delivery of Tide’s mobile and web applications.
- •Ensure the frontend ecosystem is a competitive advantage, providing standards and tools for product teams to build with confidence and speed.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive a pragmatic frontend strategy, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in large-scale monorepo workflows.
- •Advocate for technical solutions aligned with business goals and evaluate the current stack for engineering leverage.
- •Champion systems for global stakeholder visibility into the product experience.
- •Ensure teams implement a modern Release Engineering model with comprehensive automation for predictable deployment cycles.
- •Provide thought leadership on leveraging AI and agentic solutions within the client-side experience.
- •Requirements Seasoned leadership experience in high-scale frontend architecture.
