- •E Source is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to shape how the company attracts, develops, and retains talent.
- •This role collaborates with business leaders and HR teams to create a seamless employee experience across the full people lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as an embedded people partner to assigned market unit leaders.
- •Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount strategy.
- •Coach managers on performance management and team development.
- •Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and compensation frameworks.
- •Manage complex employee relations matters.
- •Requirements Strong working knowledge of AI tools and ability to drive HR process improvements. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- •Experience partnering with talent acquisition on compensation analyses.
- •Experience partnering with L&D on learning needs.
- •Deep expertise in US employment law and employee relations.
