- •Hawk is seeking a Senior Product Owner for their Agentic Team to own the end-to-end roadmap for AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection products.
- •This role involves shaping product strategy and vision in a regulated, high-stakes environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the agentic roadmap end-to-end, from backlog prioritization to execution.
- •Shape product vision and multi-year strategy for the agentic line.
- •Manage commercial ownership, including pricing and packaging.
- •Represent the agentic product externally in customer advisory boards and analyst conversations.
- •Act as the connective hub between the agentic team and adjacent product teams.
- •Requirements 3-5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with 3-5 years in the financial industry (ideally Anti-Financial Crime).
- •Hands-on experience building agentic products in a regulated environment.
- •Strong product operations instincts and agile process management.
- •Decisive prioritization skills with a focus on quality.
- •Commercial literacy, including pricing and packaging.
- •Clear-thinking communicator with a point of view on agentic AI in financial crime.
- •Curiosity about the evolving agentic AI landscape.
- •Customer-focused and stakeholder-minded approach.
