- •Demand Generation Manager at TestGorilla, you will own the company's largest acquisition lever, managing a significant monthly Google Ads investment and the associated systems to drive revenue.
- •This role is crucial for sustainable, cost-efficient growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and scale paid spend across Google Ads and emerging channels, setting channel mix and budget to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
- •Build and own source-of-truth reporting for paid and organic funnel performance, including attribution modeling and incrementality testing.
- •Own the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, running rapid A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- •Design and own automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure to convert paid-sourced leads.
- •Requirements Proven experience in performance or growth marketing with hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS preferred).
- •Deep expertise across the Google Ads stack and working knowledge of HubSpot/CRM and GA suite.
- •Solid grasp of funnel and unit economics, and comfort with experimentation design.
- •Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to build growth workflows.
