TL;DR
Lead Finance Shared Services operations and transformation across eight European countries.
- •As Head of Shared Services, you will lead Teya's Finance Shared Services function across eight European countries, ensuring operational excellence while driving the transformation of our finance operating model.
- •This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Finance Operations at Teya.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll and Finance Systems across eight European markets.
- •Ensure accurate, timely and compliant finance operations supported by strong internal controls.
- •Build the business case for creating a centralized Shared Services Centre and design the future Target Operating Model.
- •Standardise and streamline finance processes across countries and lead automation and finance systems improvements.
- •Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and service excellence.
- •Requirements Significant leadership experience running Finance Shared Services or multi-country finance operations.
- •Strong expertise across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll and Finance Systems.
- •Proven experience designing, building or implementing a Shared Services Centre.
- •Excellent programme and change management capability.
- •Strong ERP, automation and finance systems knowledge.
