- •Provisions will oversee the income tax provision under ASC 740 for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction datacenter company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the income tax provision end to end.
- •Build the tax provision process and controls.
- •Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
- •Model the tax impact of new sites, entities, financings, and jurisdictions.
- •Partner with accounting and FP&A to maintain accurate tax disclosures.
- •Requirements Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision.
- •Experience building or overhauling a tax provision process.
- •Experience managing external tax advisors and auditors.
- •Experience handling tax across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- •Experience partnering with accounting and FP&A during a close.
- •Ability to explain technical tax positions clearly.
