- •This hands-on role focuses on building repeatable, scalable channels that drive qualified leads through a value-first model.
- •Key Responsibilities Own net-new customer acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels and beyond.
- •Run daily operations of paid channels, starting with Google and Meta.
- •Identify and build repeatable, scalable channels to drive qualified leads.
- •Grow SEO and answer-engine presence to attract customers seeking help.
- •Design and execute account-based programs for target jewellers.
- •Requirements 5+ years in growth or demand gen with a track record of scaling acquisition channels.
- •Deep, hands-on paid media expertise in Google and Meta campaigns.
- •Experience across multiple channels (paid, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, etc.).
- •System-thinking approach to building repeatable, measurable, and scalable channels.
- •Fluency with attribution and analytics, starting from the numbers.
