About the role
TL;DR
Manage external reporting and enhance financial systems for global expansion.
- •As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in external reporting and contribute to the development of our financial systems and tools as we expand globally.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage external reporting and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Build and enhance financial systems and tools to scale with business growth, including leading implementation projects (NetSuite, Power BI) Drive improvements in controlling and reporting processes, both internal and external Partner with our external accountant and global reporting team to align processes and reporting standards Provide guidance on finance-related inquiries across the company Requirements 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in controlling and financial reporting Excellent knowledge of financial processes, controlling, and reporting Strong interest in developing controlling and reporting processes in a global setting Hands-on experience with Netsuite and business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI, including implementation projects) AI-native mindset, with a genuine interest in adopting AI tools to improve financial processes and efficiency
