•Army to build and convert opportunities within the U.S.
•This role involves identifying key stakeholders, understanding Army processes, and creating paths to funded opportunities through hunting, research, and relationship building.
•Key Responsibilities Build and manage an Army-focused pipeline from opportunity identification through proposal submission and expansion.
•Develop net-new relationships across operational units, program offices, and acquisition communities.
•Research customer structures, decision-makers, mission priorities, budgets, and acquisition pathways.
•Translate operational problems into opportunity strategies and technical narratives.
•Scope pilots and demonstrations to prove mission value and transition into larger programs.
•Requirements Five or more years of relevant experience in military, defense, national security, or defense technology environments.
•Army experience or demonstrated success working directly with Army customers.
•Understanding of how Army formations identify needs, establish requirements, and fund technologies.
•Ability to navigate unfamiliar organizations, identify decision-makers, and understand funding structures.
•Proven ability to build net-new customer relationships and turn incomplete information into actionable plans.
