Lead end-to-end electronic product development programs, managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- •Netradyne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead electronic product development programs end-to-end.
- •This role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver products on time and within budget.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end program lifecycle of electronic products from ideation to delivery.
- •Drive disciplined stage-gate execution across concept, prototyping, EVT, DVT, PVT and mass production.
- •Create and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependency maps and risk registers.
- •Lead commercialization / industrialization activities and coordinate certification and regulatory compliance.
- •Manage cost, schedule, and scope, tracking program health through clear dashboards.
- •Requirements Proven experience program managing electronic/electro-mechanical product development end-to-end.
- •Hands-on exposure across hardware, embedded software/firmware, and mechanical domains.
- •Demonstrated experience taking products through prototyping into commercialization and mass production.
- •Strong program planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- •Comfortable operating in both Agile and structured hardware stage-gate environments.
