- •Snappy is seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Associate General Counsel to serve as a key member of our lean legal team.
- •This is a broad, high-impact role for an attorney who can independently lead commercial contracting, partner closely with business teams, improve legal operations and help the company navigate the legal issues that arise in a growing SaaS-type business.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and independently negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
- •Provide timely, practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- •Serve as a primary legal partner for strategic and revenue-generating initiatives.
- •Lead legal support for enterprise deals and customer diligence.
- •Draft, maintain and improve standard agreements and processes.
- •Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- •Approximately 6+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to independently draft and negotiate sophisticated B2B commercial agreements.
- •Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection issues.
- •Excellent judgment and the ability to identify the issues that matter, propose workable solutions and escalate appropriately.
