- •Afresh is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own revenue, retention, and expansion for a strategic account portfolio.
- •You will build C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisor to drive business transformation for grocery clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Own revenue, retention, and expansion targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- •Establish and maintain C-suite relationships to ensure sustained advocacy and alignment on strategic goals.
- •Serve as the single point of accountability for all customer-facing initiatives and internal priorities.
- •Lead executive-level discovery sessions and QBRs focused on ROI and strategic planning.
- •Lead complex negotiations for renewals and expansion contracts.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic account management.
- •Proven ability to understand complex technology solutions and use value selling.
- •Exceptional executive presence and success engaging C-suite leaders.
- •Ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive cross-functional alignment.
- •Ability to travel up to 50%.
