About the role
TL;DR
Define and build infrastructure for Atticus, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- •We're looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to define what great infrastructure looks like at Atticus and build the platforms and tooling that help engineers ship fast without breaking things.
- •Key Responsibilities Own infrastructure as a product, serving Atticus's product engineering teams as your customers.
- •Shape our infrastructure roadmap
- •developing a clear vision for where our infra needs to go and driving progress toward it.
- •Build security and operational foundations
- •laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.
- •Improve reliability
- •reducing MTTR, establishing SLOs, bringing rigor to how we manage outages.
- •Empower product teams
- •you'll build the platforms and tools that let them own their systems end-to-end.
- •Requirements 5+ years in infrastructure / SRE / platform engineering roles, with breadth across infra disciplines.
- •Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- •Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- •Technical breadth across infra domains: networking, security, observability, CI/CD, database operations, containerization.
- •Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems.
