TL;DR
Senior HR Ops Specialist responsible for HR administrative management across EMEA.
- •The Senior HR Ops Specialist will ensure the reliability of HR processes within the company, playing a central role in quality of work life, social compliance, and digital transformation of HR processes, with a particular focus on AI integration.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the entire contractual lifecycle of employees in the EMEA region.
- •Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on employee experience.
- •Handle HR requests via the Extranet ticketing tool and maintain the system.
- •Coordinate with occupational health services and manage workplace health topics.
- •Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to individual and collective relations.
- •Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in a similar international role.
- •Proficiency in French labor law and knowledge of international (EMEA) social law.
- •Strong understanding of key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contractual management, payroll, social relations.
- •Familiarity with HRIS and HR/payroll management tools.
- •Fluent in English and French.
