About the role
TL;DR
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery.
- •As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery in your assigned territory.
- •Using both internal and external tools, you will identify prospects, provide support with product information and quotations, and help drive commercial success.
- •Key Responsibilities Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities in your assigned territory.
- •Utilize internal and third-party tools to generate leads and discover white space.
- •Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
- •Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities, tracked via Salesforce activity reports.
- •Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
- •Requirements Proficiency in both German and English for clear communication.
- •Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- •Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- •Efficiency in MS Office automation tools to support daily tasks.
- •Knowledge of virtualization industry.
