- •In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise and passion for people development to shape ASM’s technician training strategy.
- •By designing programs, frameworks, and hands-on training content, you’ll help drive product quality, consistency, and delivery efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop technical training programs to support critical tasks and improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- •Build and maintain competency frameworks and assessment matrices for technician certification.
- •Administer on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure compliance with structured development paths.
- •Lead the workmanship training program for new hire technicians.
- •Maintain and continuously improve training facilities and infrastructure.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering.
- •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems.
- •Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- •ACTA/ACLP or equivalent certification in training design and delivery.
