- •Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee and manage all clinical operational activities at the trial and site level.
- •This role involves collaborating with internal teams, clinical research coordinators, and principal investigators to ensure clinical studies meet timelines and quality standards.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage clinical study sites, documentation, and vendors.
- •Develop clinical trial timelines, enrollment projections, and risk mitigation plans.
- •Conduct study start-up activities, including protocol and ICF development.
- •Review site regulatory documents for compliance with GCPs.
- •Maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and vendors.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field.
- •Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical research experience.
- •Knowledge of ICH Guidelines, US FDA, and European clinical trial regulations.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- •Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
