About the role
TL;DR
Lead people advisory and culture initiatives for a deep-tech AI company.
- •Axelera AI is seeking an experienced VP of People to lead its people advisory and culture agenda.
- •You will join a team of 10 specialists and work closely with deep-tech professionals to foster a high-performance and engaging environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own people engagement metrics, performance management, and learning & development programs.
- •Drive talent development, career growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues.
- •Lead change management processes and support leaders in navigating organizational change.
- •Own the end-to-end employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- •Set the operating model for people advisory and culture work, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- •Requirements Significant experience in a senior HRBP role, ideally in a fast-paced tech scaleup.
- •Demonstrated experience building and running employee culture & engagement programs.
- •Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- •Knowledge of European labor law is a significant advantage.
- •Proven experience managing and developing a team.
