Guide customers from contract to live, acting as a technical expert on APIs and SDKs.
- •Mesh is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers through successful implementation and scaling of their platform.
- •You will be the technical expert, designing strategies, mentoring teams, and creating resources to accelerate customer adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology and digital assets
