- •SmithRx is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead financial analysis for critical strategic decisions.
- •You will analyze the business through an investor's lens, own the 3-statement Long Range Plan, shape capital allocation, and drive financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
- •This is a highly visible role reporting to the Senior Director, Finance.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the company’s strategic financial model, including the 3-statement Long Range Plan.
- •Analyze the business like an investor, supporting fundraising efforts and potential M&A.
- •Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on forward-looking financial questions.
- •Lead cash flow and liquidity modeling, identifying risks and opportunities.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or similar environments.
- •Experience analyzing healthcare or health tech companies.
- •Best-in-class Excel modeler with integrated 3-statement models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear narratives for executives.
- •High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently.
