- •Act as cross-functional glue between Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- •Drive supplier performance and risk management, leading mitigation plans.
- •Manage supplier execution and schedule performance, leading recovery plans.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
- •Proven track record managing suppliers in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
- •Hands-on experience operating in an ERP-driven environment.
- •Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
