- •Attentive is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Backend to develop and maintain scalable backend and data systems that power personalized messaging decisions.
- •You will partner with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize real-time and batch pipelines, improve feedback loops, and drive engineering best practices.

- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of experience. 7 years of experience with Java, Python, and Go. 7 years of experience in object-oriented programming and designing scalable applications. 7 years of experience designing and supporting service-oriented architecture and distributed systems on AWS. 7 years of experience with databases like DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis and messaging systems like Kafka, Pulsar.
