About the role
TL;DR
Finance Lead responsible for building and managing the company's financial model.
- •Own the numbers behind Prior Labs.
- •As our first dedicated finance hire, you will work with the founders to establish process and become the person leadership trusts.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own our core company financial model: revenue, costs, cash, and P&L, with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- •Develop and manage financial reporting and analysis for the company.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- •Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- •Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- •Requirements Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
- •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- •Experience with tabular data and financial modeling tools is a plus.
