TL;DR
Build and scale new products in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •We're looking for experienced engineers to build new products and grow existing ones.
- •You'll work in a fast-paced environment to bring our technology to tens of thousands of users.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build development and production platforms Own the development of new user-facing generative AI features Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers Accelerate engineering productivity with excellent tooling Help create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture Take part in on-call rotation for critical incidents Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience Experience with TypeScript/React and Python Comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment Experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems Commitment to creating outstanding user experiences Excited about and up-to-date with AI and LLM technology Demonstrate humility, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to support colleagues Take ownership of challenges from start to finish Build tools to accelerate workflows when necessary Familiar with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulatory structures (bonus)
