- •This role is crucial for integrating the Gitar team post-acquisition and establishing the first recruiting presence in the Bay Area office.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and GTM roles, supporting Gitar integration and sales.
- •Partner with engineering and sales leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities.
- •Lead technical hiring for the Gitar team and build out the AI-native GTM organization.
- •Proactively source and build talent pipelines across technical and commercial functions.
- •Sell Sonar's mission and opportunity to passive candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
- •Requirements Significant experience as a full-cycle recruiter for both technical and GTM roles.
- •Deep knowledge of the Bay Area and US talent market for engineering and GTM talent.
- •Strong recruiting operations instincts, comfortable owning ATS data and process documentation.
- •Proven experience working with global companies and stakeholders across different time zones.
- •Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
