- •Key Responsibilities Run Hilbert against customer datasets and surface what the product gets right, what it misses, and where its reasoning needs sharpening Translate findings into structured input for the product and tech teams Support Account Executives in turning Hilbert's outputs into clear growth narratives for customers Own pieces of the customer relationship end-to-end as you grow into them Build deep fluency in the mechanics of grocery, QSR, and retail growth Requirements Analytical chops with SQL, a notebook, a model, or a project where you wrestled with messy data Drawn to B2C, consumer behavior, retention, and why people come back or don't Think in systems and reach for evidence, defaulting to testing, measuring, and updating your priors Comfortable working alongside AI systems and curious about where they break and where human judgment still wins Believe there is something fundamentally broken about how the industry talks about 'growth,' and want to be part of rebuilding it
