TL;DR
Owns the global CPQ and deal approval process, leading ARM implementation and driving AI enhancements.
- •Delinea is seeking a Principal, Global CPQ & Deal Process Architect to own the end-to-end quoting and deal approval process.
- •This role will lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentic Revenue Management (ARM) as the future CPQ platform, focusing on AI-driven enhancements and improving the end-user experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the global CPQ and deal approval process roadmap, focusing on friction reduction and AE experience.
- •Lead the GTM/RevOps side of the Salesforce Agentic Revenue Management (ARM) implementation.
- •Design and implement AI-enhanced improvements for quoting and deal approval workflows.
- •Partner with Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Business Systems, and Field teams to streamline processes.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems with deep CPQ expertise.
- •Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Agentic Revenue Management (ARM) is strongly preferred.
- •Proven experience leading CPQ or major RevOps systems implementations.
- •Demonstrated ability to translate end-user pain points into scalable process and system improvements.
- •Highly independent and self-directed operator comfortable with ambiguous mandates.
