TL;DR
Lead Medely's BI team to drive data-informed decision-making.
- •Medely is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead our analytics team and drive data-informed decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a BI Analyst and own the execution of our BI roadmap.
- •Drive self-service analytics across the organization.
- •Translate complexity into clarity and surface trends for stakeholders.
- •Build for scale and contribute to a BI roadmap that balances short-term execution with long-term architecture.
- •Work directly with leadership to inform growth, operations, and strategy.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field with at least one year managing a direct report.
- •Advanced SQL skills.
- •Strong proficiency in a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- •Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and workflow automation.
- •Experience structuring ambiguous problems and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and an appetite to apply them to real analytics problems.
