- •Work on a problem that matters
- •how AI gets adopted inside law firms and legal teams at scale, and what it takes to make that change stick.
- •Key Responsibilities Go onsite and meet with law firm partners and in-house legal teams to understand their most critical workflows and where they're losing time Map client operations in depth to identify where AI can deliver the highest-leverage outcomes Work with the product and engineering teams to shape how what you're seeing in the field gets built into August Build customized workflows and use cases alongside clients as they expand to new practice groups or teams Lead training sessions and check-ins to ensure the product is creating real impact on day-to-day legal operations Requirements 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, legal tech, consulting, or professional services.
- •A track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and driving decisions through to outcomes.
- •Strong strategic instincts
- •you can quickly understand a client's business, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and build a clear path forward.
- •Comfort working without a defined playbook and the judgment to build one from scratch.
