- •Key Responsibilities Build and ship production multi-agent systems end to end Build the safe write-back path that applies agent decisions to a customer's live systems Evaluate everything you ship to prove agent improvements Design agent memory and retrieval for fast, cheap, and reliable reasoning Harden against adversarial data to prevent hijacking Integrate frontier LLMs behind a model-agnostic abstraction Requirements 4+ years building production systems, including 2+ years shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems Experience with customer-facing LLM or agent systems Strong, current Python (TypeScript or Go a plus) Hands-on with modern agent frameworks, orchestration, tool/function-calling, retrieval, and context/memory management Strong systems-engineering fundamentals and debugging skills High agency: scope, prioritize, and ship without waiting for permission
