About the role
TL;DR
Generate pipeline and create first conversations for financial institutions and regulated businesses.
- •As a Business Development Representative at Greenboard, you’ll be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and creating the first conversations that turn financial institutions and regulated businesses into customers.
- •You’ll research target accounts, craft compelling outbound, and turn evolving compliance pain points into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
- •Key Responsibilities Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- •Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach.
- •Run initial discovery conversations to identify pain, qualify fit, and book meetings.
- •Help establish Greenboard’s West Coast presence, setting the culture, cadence, and energy of our new Phoenix, Arizona office.
- •Partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound strategy.
- •Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, business development, or pipeline-generation role.
- •Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline independently through outbound prospecting.
- •Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and structured discovery to qualify fit.
- •Strong CRM hygiene and a data-driven, organized approach to managing your pipeline and activity.
- •Based in the greater Phoenix area, or willing to relocate to work from our new Arizona office.
