About the role
TL;DR
Manage end-to-end US payroll operations and systems transition.
- •Slice is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end US payroll operations for a growing employee population.
- •This role is critical for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing during a significant systems transition.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute biweekly/semi-monthly US payroll processing using UKG Pro and transitioning to ADP.
- •Manage multi-state payroll compliance, including tax withholdings and registrations.
- •Administer employee deductions, benefits, and process wage garnishments.
- •Support payroll system migrations and HRIS integration with HiBob.
- •Collaborate with People and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in US payroll processing.
- •Hands-on experience with UKG Pro or similar payroll systems.
- •Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP platforms.
- •Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
