- •Mashgin is seeking a Finance Operations and Transformation Analyst to manage billing, reporting, and system enhancements for their AI-powered checkout experience.
- •This role involves optimizing financial processes and contributing to the stabilization and improvement of accounting software.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage SaaS and ancillary billing, including data validation and reconciliation.
- •Own operational reporting and analysis of core metrics.
- •Stabilize and enhance accounting software, resolving system issues and implementing improvements.
- •Optimize billing workflows and system reconciliations through cross-functional collaboration.
- •Automate operational metrics reporting and analysis using BI tools and AI applications.
- •Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields.
- •Hands-on experience with the Order-to-Cash process, ideally in SaaS.
- •Ability to investigate inconsistencies, validate data, and reconcile information across systems.
- •Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel with complex datasets.
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
