About the role
TL;DR
Lead product design strategy and execution for Ethos's partnerships team.
- •Ethos is seeking a seasoned designer to build the next generation of products, setting the bar for quality and impact.
- •You will work across various products, from zero-to-one experiences to optimizing core businesses.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead design strategy across multiple product units.
- •Help set the vision for our overall user experience.
- •Build new products and iterate on existing ones.
- •Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and more.
- •Drive improvements to the product development process with cross-functional partners.
- •Requirements At least 7 years of Product Design experience (10 years for Principal).
- •At least 2 years at a venture-funded, private startup.
- •Majority of experience in-house working on direct-to-consumer products.
- •Experience in a high-velocity, experiment-driven environment.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to move quickly while producing high-quality work.
