About the role
TL;DR
Manage tenant improvement and facilities projects from start to finish.
- •Run tenant improvement and facilities projects from kickoff to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and contractors.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage scope, schedule, budget, and contractors on tenant improvement and facilities projects.
- •Coordinate general contractors, architects, and vendors across concurrent buildouts.
- •Track budget and schedule on every active project and flag slips early.
- •Manage permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs for timely and compliant buildouts.
- •Own project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists, closing each project cleanly.
- •Requirements Experience running tenant improvement or facilities construction projects end to end.
- •Experience managing general contractors and vendors on active buildouts.
- •Ability to track budget and schedule closely and flag slips early.
- •Experience handling permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs.
- •Ability to keep RFIs, submittals, and punch lists organized.
- •Experience closing projects cleanly with documentation done and no loose ends.
