  • Key Responsibilities Drive opportunities from technical discovery through closure, partnering with AEs.
  • Design and execute technical evaluations, POCs, and custom demos.
  • Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
  • Become an expert in workforce management and support operations.
  • Build internal tools, scalable demos, and enablement resources.
  • Consistently achieve ambitious quarterly targets.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong technical background; comfort with APIs, cloud services, integrations, and web technologies.
