About the role
TL;DR
Drive customer retention and growth by analyzing data and building AI-powered tooling.
- •As Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic advisor and operating partner to our VP of Global Customer Success.
- •You’ll own how we understand, retain, and grow our customer base
- •diagnosing what drives upsell, what predicts churn, and what we need to build to scale the post-sales motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Customer analysis at the account level, connecting product usage signals, customer health, and commercial outcomes.
- •Build and evolve forecasting for GRR, NRR, and expansion pipeline.
- •Run the CS operating cadence, including business reviews and executive deep dives.
- •Partner with systems team on CS platform and its integrations with Salesforce and product data.
- •Build AI-powered tooling and automations for the CS org.
- •Requirements 5+ years operating in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, CS Operations, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- •Direct experience supporting a Customer Success or Post-Sales organization.
- •Hands-on experience with a CS platform (e.g., health scoring, playbooks, lifecycle workflows).
- •Strong technical and analytical instincts, writing your own SQL and building your own models.
- •Genuine, daily AI fluency, having built skills, agents, or automated workflows.
