- •Retell AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help enterprise clients deploy and scale AI voice agents.
- •You will be the technical partner, designing integrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers.
- •Design conversation flows and deployment strategies.
- •Troubleshoot production deployments and debug technical issues.
- •Identify product gaps and translate customer needs into product improvements.
- •Identify expansion opportunities and help customers launch new AI use cases.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years of Customer Success Engineering experience.
- •Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills.
- •Experience working with APIs and explaining technical concepts.
- •Must be available to work standard U.S. business hours.
