About the role
TL;DR
Drive PCBA industrialization for AI hardware from prototype to mass production.
- •Drive industrialisation of high-performance AI accelerator PCBAs from prototype to mass production, partnering closely with Taiwan manufacturing partners to scale manufacturing and ensure quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Own PCBA readiness through EVT→DVT→PVT→MP and lead DFM/DFA/DFT reviews.
- •Validate SMT process windows and be onsite during builds for issue resolution.
- •Drive yield, quality metrics, and structured root-cause analysis (8D, RCCA).
- •Establish documentation, control plans, and improve traceability for scale-up.
- •Requirements 5+ years in PCBA Product Engineering, NPI, or manufacturing engineering.
- •Experience with high-layer-count, high-speed boards, advanced stackups, HDI and fine-pitch BGA assembly.
- •Hands-on factory experience with Taiwan PCB fabs and SMT partners; fluent Mandarin and English.
