- •The Finance Lead will own the day-to-day finance function of the company.
- •This is a hands-on role designed for a strong FP&A and strategic finance operator who is comfortable working in a lean environment with significant ownership and responsibility.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the annual budgeting process.
- •Maintain operating forecasts and runway models.
- •Support capital allocation decisions.
- •Develop business metrics and performance reporting.
- •Provide decision support to leadership.
- •Requirements 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
- •Strong FP&A and financial modeling background.
- •Experience operating in startups, growth-stage companies or venture-backed environments.
- •Comfortable managing external accounting and tax providers.
- •Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
