TL;DR

Full Stack Software Engineer to build and iterate on platforms and tools across the entire stack.

•Flock is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our small, high-impact product team.
•We’re building a 10x version of Flock from the ground up, redefining how mom-and-pops invest in real estate.
•This is a generalist role by design, with autonomy over what you build.
•You'll work across the entire stack and customer journey
•frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI
•picking up whatever a project needs rather than owning a single layer.
•Key Responsibilities Build across the stack: Design, ship, and iterate on the platforms and tools that power Flock's Exchange and Fund.
•Own features end-to-end: Take features from MVP to production, working directly with Design and Ops.
•Shape the roadmap: Influence major product and engineering decisions.
•Build for the whole company: Develop tools that make Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management faster and sharper.
•Empower the team: Build tooling that makes everyone at Flock able to build through developing AI infrastructure.
•Requirements 2-5 years experience building and delivering production quality software systems.
•Full-Stack Fluency: TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS, and Salesforce.
•AI-forward: Comfortable building with AI tools and agents.
•Collaborative and Bias to Action: Default to an iterative approach and ship fast.
•Metrics-driven: Proven track record of using data to measure success and inform decisions.
